With the new Superbonus 2023, access to subsidised deductions for new energy efficiency systems in your condominium is a reality.

 

GREEN ECO S.R.L. will take care of designing and upgrading your condominium’s energy systems for you to obtain the 90% Superbonus. You should know that to date the Superbonus is also foreseen for the years 2024 (with 70% deduction of expenses) and 2025 (with 65% deduction).

 

For earthquake-affected areas, the 110% Superbonus is scheduled to be extended to 31 December 2025 for building work carried out on buildings damaged by earthquakes occurring after 1 April 2009 and those affected after 15 September 2022.

INTERVENTIONS THAT QUALIFY FOR DEDUCTION OF
SUPERBONUS AND SUSTAINABLE COSTS:

GREEN ECO s.r.l. and choose the clarity:

• 40,000 euros multiplied by the number of real estate units that make up the building for buildings consisting of two to eight units.

 

• 30,000 euros multiplied by the number of real estate units that make up the building for buildings consisting of more than eight real estate units.

The installation should be performed jointly with one of the interventions referred to in paragraph 1 of the D.L. 34, up to 60,000 per real estate unit.

• 20,000 euros multiplied by the number of real estate units that make up the building for buildings consisting of up to eight real estate units.

 

• 15,000 euros multiplied by the number of real estate units that make up the building for buildings consisting of more than eight real estate units.

The installation must be carried out through one of the interventions referred to in paragraph 1 of the D.L. 34.

 

• 48,000 euros and within the spending limit of 2,400 euros per each kW of the rated power of the solar photovoltaic system.

 

• 48,000 euros and within the spending limit of 1,600 euros per kW of the rated power of the solar photovoltaic system, in case of building renovation interventions.

 

• 48,000 euros for the contextual or subsequent installation of accumulation systems integrated with photovoltaic systems, within the spending limit of € 1,000 for KW of the capacity of the accumulation system.

Infrastructure for charging electric cars
The installation must be carried out through one of the interventions referred to in paragraph 1 of the D.L.

 

• 1,500 euros for multi-family units or condominiums that install up to 8 columns.

 

• 1,200 euros for condominiums that install more than 8 infrastructure for electric charging.
